Fantastic work, Samir Qureshi, of Herndon, VA! This rising star recently earned his second diamond.* (Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period. They earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income achieved within the same timeframe.)

Awesome job!

Genestins Reach Second Milestone of “Unreasonable” Goal

Wednesday, September 23rd, 2015

genestin

At the beginning of 2015, Charlemont & Marlene Genestin, of Miami, FL, set a goal for themselves that they knew would stretch them beyond anything they’d done before. “We set an unreasonable goal to earn three diamonds in a single year,” reports Charlemont. “We did the first, our fifth diamond, in February and now we’ve earned our second, our sixth diamond, in June.* The last one of the three is coming!”

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period. They earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income achieved within the same timeframe.)

A goal like that requires a team, and the Genestins’ was up for the challenge. “We have six direct Regional Vice Presidents and two others within the hierarchy,” says Charlemont. “Several of them already have the Ring and we have three others who are shooting for it by the end of the year. We are so excited about what’s going on in our business! The more success our team has, the more our income will grow.”

Way to go, Charlemont and Marlene! You’re more than halfway to your “unreasonable” goal – and achieving your seventh diamond will keep you on track for the Ruby Ring in the near future!

For Dave & Diane Diehl, of Quakertown, PA, finding Primerica not only freed them from the prospect of an average lifestyle, it also gave them the chance to change their family’s legacy, forever. “When I heard about Primerica, I was working as an inventory control supervisor, earning $28,000 per year,” recalls Dave. “Finding Primerica changed our family not only financially, but also in the quality of life and in the example of success we could set for future generations.”**

The first generation to enjoy the benefits of the Diehls’ hard work is the “next.” “Our son, Kurt and his wife, Alison, are new Watch wearing RVPs,” smiles Dave. “We are now developing this business into a multi generational family business!”

Rising Stars Add More Bling to their Ring

Sunday, September 20th, 2015

sheppard

Benjamin & Samantha Sheppard, of York, PA, say their fifth diamond is only the beginning of what they plan to achieve as entrepreneurs.* “We have been truly blessed by so many opportunities that Primerica has given to us, that we hope we can help many others reach this same milestone,” says Samantha.

Benjamin agrees, “Earning our fifth diamond is representative of the number of clients we’ve helped and the big difference we and our team have made in their lives. This milestone also represents a hierarchy that is just getting warmed up! It’s a good foundation to build on.”

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period. They earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income achieved within the same timeframe.)

The Sheppards are half way to the Ruby Ring and Legendary status. “Our plan is to focus on duplication,” explains Samantha. “We’re continuing to pay it forward by teaching the representatives in our business how to help families with the entire Financial Needs Analysis and to continue to recruit and duplicate themselves, as well. Recruiting is our main focus. By helping others first, adding diamonds will be simply a by product of blessing others.”

Fantastic work Benjamin and Samantha! By focusing on pushing up people and on helping as many families as you can, your business – and your future – are moving up at an exciting pace. Keep up the great work!
