In this business, belief is one of the keys to success. For new NSD Todd & Alisa Greer, of Houston, TX, one of their real joys is seeing the belief level of their team rise whenever a new goal is achieved. “Our NSD advancement feels like a great accomplishment for our whole team,” says Todd. “It has grown the belief in everyone that they can do the same thing.”

He continues, “We have more District Leaders rising to Division Leader than ever before. And several of our Regional Leaders are now planning to go to the Regional Vice President level within the next six-12 months.”

Big congratulations, Todd and Alisa! Full speed ahead to your next goal: a fifth diamond!*

*As of May 2015. From January 1 through December 31, 2014, Primerica paid a total of $593,056,197 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $6,030 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. 15PFS342

In 2014, Jared & Kim Nelson, of Flowood, MS, crossed through two diamond levels, finishing out the year with their fourth. Now, the pair is celebrating two huge milestones with their NSD advancement and their fifth diamond!*

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period. They earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income achieved within the same timeframe.)

“We are very excited about NSD and reaching the $500,000 cash flow level,” enthuses Jared. “These are huge milestones for ourselves and our team. We feel confident that we have several of our teammates who are right behind us in reaching this goal for themselves.”

As exciting as those achievements are, it’s nothing to what the Nelsons see for their future. “We have even more up and coming leaders who will be advancing to RVP and beyond within the next six to 12 months!” Jared says. “We’re proud of the size of our licensed team and we’re excited that our hierarchy is more than 46% bigger this year than just one year ago.”

Awesome job, Jared and Kim! Next stop: diamond number six!

For Glen & Xiomara Li, of Edison, NJ, the Primerica “pushing up people” concept isn’t just a great idea, it’s the reason they’re celebrating their NSD advancement. “The most exciting thing for us is helping our base and our RVPs move to the next level through advancements, earning the Watch, earning the Ring, and adding diamonds,” Glen explains.*

“Our focus is on getting our team to be consistent with their activity so they can have consistent results. It’s the mini successes that will result, ultimately, in the big ones. And for our Future RVPs, becoming Qualified is huge!”

One of the ways the Lis keep their team honed in on growth is by emphasizing achievements such as qualifying for company incentives. “Every time someone hits any incentives that are on the table, we make a big deal about that person,” says Glen.**

“During the incentive trip competitions, we keep our teammates up to date on the scoreboard, so they know what they need to do to stay on track.”

Congratulations on your advancement, Glen and Xiomara! Reaching this level positions you to help even more people go for their dreams!
