At the beginning of 2015, Charlemont & Marlene Genestin, of Miami, FL, set a goal for themselves that they knew would stretch them beyond anything they’d done before. “We set an unreasonable goal to earn three diamonds in a single year,” reports Charlemont. “We did the first, our fifth diamond, in February and now we’ve earned our second, our sixth diamond, in June.* The last one of the three is coming!”

A goal like that requires a team, and the Genestins’ was up for the challenge. “We have six direct Regional Vice Presidents and two others within the hierarchy,” says Charlemont. “Several of them already have the Ring and we have three others who are shooting for it by the end of the year. We are so excited about what’s going on in our business! The more success our team has, the more our income will grow.”
