In 2014, Danny & Ada Chamorro, of Burbank, CA, put on their sixth diamond and advanced to the Senior National Sales Director level. In January 2015, the pair kicked off what promises to be another banner year, by earning their seventh diamond. Then, just five months later, in May, they kicked it up another notch for their eighth diamond, followed by their ninth diamond in July!*

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period. They earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income achieved within the same timeframe.)

“Our goal right now is to build our hierarchy to $400,000 through first and $500,000 through second,” explains Danny. “We have some phenomenal leaders who are really building right now. For example, Alex & Jennie Diaz getting full Ownership in April was huge.**

“Another of our leaders, Alex & Sandra Santana moved from California to Arizona and had two back to back $50,000 premium months in September and October. There are also three leaders who are all going for Senior Vice President this year!”

Awesome job, Danny and Ada! Next up: the Ruby Ring!

*As of May 2015. From January 1 through December 31, 2014, Primerica paid a total of $593,056,197 in compensation to its sales force, at an average of $6,030 per life licensed representative. Actual gross cash flow is, among other factors, dependent upon the size and scale of a representative’s organization, the number of sales and the override spread on each sale, and the ability and efforts of a representative and their downlines. Having said this, Primerica provides an opportunity for individuals who work hard to develop a business with unlimited income potential. **Ownership is available only upon meeting all qualification and eligibility requirements, and remaining in compliance with all terms and conditions, as set forth in the Ownership Program Document and various operating policies and procedures issued by Primerica from time to time. 15PFS342

Just a few years ago, new SNSDs Ian & Jessica Prukner, of Auburn Hills, MI, were living off of Ian’s $27,000-per-year income as a worship leader. Now, because of Primerica, they earn close to twice that amount every month!*

“It feels surreal to be at the fifth diamond level, considering what we used to earn in an entire year,” reflects Ian. “We’re excited to have so many new Crusaders on our team – people who believe in the vision and the cause of Primerica. This is a team achievement.”

As Millennials, the Prukners are in the unique position to help their peers learn sound money habits early on. “We’re finding the Millennial market is waking up to the fact that the traditional education for employment path isn’t delivering any more,” says Ian. “They are looking to be in business for themselves, and we have the solution.”

Keep up the amazing work, Ian and Jessica! Your efforts are having a profound impact on the lives of those you and your team come into contact with.

As new SNSDs, and eighth diamond earners, Susan & Art Carreon, of Riverside, CA, are fired up to be one step closer to their family’s dream of the Million-Dollar Ring.*

“We are so excited and so focused right now,” enthuses Susan. “We’re pushing for bringing in as many people as we can and getting them licensed quickly.** We’re working to grow a huge base through Regional Vice President advancements, as well. We believe great things are happening in our business as a result of our family’s long term approach to building. Our goals continue to be to help as many of our teammates as we can to explode their income and get to the next level.”

(Primerica reps receive the Ring when they earn $100,000 of income within a single 12-month period. They earn diamond accents for each additional $100,000 of income achieved within the same timeframe.)

Things are really moving and shaking in the Carreons’ hierarchy. The pair has produced new RVPS as well as their first Million-Dollar Earners, SNSD Mario & Franny Arrizon.* “We will be a million-dollar hierarchy by helping others hit their goals,” smiles Susan. “The most important thing to us is helping our teammates achieve success. As they hit their goals, we will also. We’re so excited about our first teammate becoming a millionaire in March. Now, we are looking forward to earning our own Ruby Ring!”

Awesome job, Susan and Art! Your family business is rocking because you’re focused on pushing up people!

Singhs Rise to Ultimate Level: Senior National Sales Director (SNSD)

No one gets to the SNSD level on their own. It takes a real commitment to helping others live their dreams to propel a leader to this ultimate level. Over the years, Gurpreet & Harjinder Singh, of Valley Stream, NY, have learned a thing or two about what it takes to become successful in Primerica.

“The key for us has been constant communication,” explains Gurpreet. “I try and be the first voice in their head when they wake up or the last voice before they go to sleep. Doing this gives me a chance to find out how better I can serve them.”

During their SNSD run – and even now, as the team grows forward – Gurpreet says one of the most exciting things they see in their business is the level of enthusiasm from their teammates. “People are constantly self improving and increasing their level of activity,” she smiles. “There’s a ‘childlike enthusiasm’ in the hierarchy. People are beginning to see their hard work pay off in advancements or new income levels.”

Incredible work, Gurpreet and Harjinder! Your leadership and your commitment to helping others achieve their goals are evident in every new milestone you reach.
